Office of the Superintendent
The Superintendent coordinates the total educational program and provides leadership in its development and improvement.

Educational Services
Educational Services oversees the development and implementation of curriculum, instruction, Title I, School Improvement, Gifted and Talented Education, Safe and Drug Free Schools and Communities, Innovative Program, English Language Learners, Professional Development, State Preschool reprographics, media services. Incorporated within this office are Pupil Services, Special Education and Health Services

Business Services
Business Services oversees school finance, risk management, employee health and welfare benefits, facilities and the department of Fiscal Services; Information Services; Maintenance, Operation and Transportation.

Fiscal Services
Under the supervision of Business Services, the Fiscal Services department is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, purchasing, enrollment school/district budgets.

Food Services
Under the supervision of Business Services, the food service department is responsible for providing safe, nutritious meals for children.

Information Services
Under the supervision of Business Services, Information Services provides support for e-mail, network maintenance and server operation.

Maintenance, Operations and Transportation
Under the supervision of Business Services, Maintenance, Operations and Transportation maintains all facilities, oversees safety and grounds and oversees the transportation services provided to students.

Personnel Services
Personnel Services oversees employment, employer/employee relations, labor negotiations and contract administration.

Pupil Services
Student, Pupil Services oversees Special Education, discipline and hearings, inter/intra district transfers, and child welfare and attendance.
