Name of Organization Los Amigos Elementary School Unorganized Student Body Association (LAESUSBA). b. Purpose and means of accomplishment The purpose of this organization is to improve the educational experience of students at Los Amigos Elementary School. It will act as a student forum in which officers and representatives are encouraged to become involved in planning, implementing and evaluation of activities and events which benefit the student body as a whole. c. Time, place, and frequency of meetings of officers LAESUSBA will meet at least once per quarter through the school year. Officers will meet at least once each month with the advisor. Article 2 Membership Eligibility for Membership Membership is open to all students enrolled at Los Amigos Elementary School. Members must be good student-citizens and must maintain satisfactory academic progress and good behavior. Article 3 Officers and Elections a. Titles and duties of officers 1. President- The President will represent the Student Body at various functions and perform additional duties as assigned by the Principal and/or Vice Principal. 2. Vice President- The Vice President will serve in the absence of the President.
