Welcome to Personnel Services. We are here to serve you and make your experience in the Cucamonga School District extraordinary.

Personnel Services plans, organizes, and directs the certificated and classified personnel functions of the District including: recruiting, position posting, interviewing, staff employment, creating and maintaining job descriptions, advising on credential requirements, monitoring evaluations, and compliance of legal requirements.  The Board of Trustees and Superintendent maintain an expectation of hiring and keeping nothing less than the highest qualified team of employees to serve the children in our schools.

The Personnel Department currently manages approximately 150 certificated and management employees and approximately 125 classified employees.
