Dear CSD Families,
Every parent wants the best for their child, strong academic programs, supportive teachers, and opportunities that help students succeed. One of the most important ways families can help make that happen is by sharing their voice.
Each year, our district asks families to complete the Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) Survey. This short survey helps school leaders understand what is working well and where improvements are needed. Even more importantly, the results help guide how funding and resources are used to support students.
When parents share their feedback, it helps our district make decisions that directly impact classrooms, programs, and student support services.
Why Your Feedback Matters
Your responses help our district:
Strengthen Family Partnerships Build stronger communication and collaboration between schools and families.
Increase Student Achievement Identify the programs and resources that help students succeed academically.
Expand Opportunities and Support Provide services, activities, and learning opportunities that meet students’ needs.
A Few Minutes Can Make a Big Difference
The LCAP survey only takes 3–5 minutes to complete, but the impact of your feedback lasts throughout the school year. Every response helps ensure that the voices of our families are included when important decisions are made.
By completing the survey, you are helping shape the priorities that guide our school and district.
Please complete the survey today!
Take care, Michael Chaix, Ed.D. Superintendent
